- Each insured is covered by an individual term life policy with guaranteed level term premiums for 10 or 20 years.
- Policies are issued on a Guaranteed Issue basis – eliminating the hassle and uncertainty of medical underwriting.

- Employers interested in offering key employee benefits with a minimum of 10 employees making at least $75,000 annually. Will consider groups between 5-9 lives for employers with Principal Group Term Life, Voluntary Term Life (VTL), or Guaranteed Standard Issue (GSI) Individual Disability Insurance (IDI).

- 10 lives minimum. Will consider groups between 5-9 lives for employers with Principal Group Term Life, Voluntary Term Life (VTL), or Guaranteed Standard Issue (GSI) Individual Disability Insurance (IDI).
- Group eligibility is determined based on a calculated group risk score involving a de-identified prescription check.
- Issue ages:
- 10-Year Term – ages 20-70
- 20-Year Term – 20-54
- Premium rates increase after the level premium term on a one-year term basis based on attained age.
- Policy is convertible for the lesser of 5 years or until insured’s attained age 70. It can be converted to available GI permanent products according to current underwriting guidelines.
