Making an online payment for your PSI registration fees

Notice: This payment site is dedicated to Principal selling/servicing financial professionals and includes payments for onboarding fees, state registrations, annual rep renewal and debt payments. Please remember to add comment as to your payment reason.

Customers of Principal should log into their Principal.com account for payment options.

Follow these instructions to make an online payment for your PSI registration fees.

  • Enter your Last Name and Last 4 digits of your SSN as one word. Example: “Jones1234” and click Make a Payment.
  • Enter the Financial Professional’s Legal Name, Phone Number, and Email Address.
  • Enter the full amount in the Payment Amount field
    • If you wish to provide a brief explanation for payment reason, click the pencil icon next to Payment Comments.
  • Click the Enter icon to choose a Payment Method. Provide your information and click Enter Account.
  • Click Continue to Payment where you will be prompted to verify your information.
  • You will receive a confirmation email after you make your payment – please save receipt for tax purposes.
