Include existing client coverage with Drop Ticket
Drop Ticket is a great way to jump-start the application and underwriting process. This electronic fillable short form quickly provides us with basic client information before our skilled TeleApp services handles gathering the rest for you. To ensure this program expedites the application process, we need to clarify how to note that clients have existing coverage.
When a client has pending or existing coverage:
- Be sure to indicate any insurance the client has, either pending or in force, on the Drop Ticket submission.
- If any pending or existing coverage is omitted from the Drop Ticket, and our TeleApp counselors receive the information from the client during the TeleApp call, you’ll need to submit a new Drop Ticket that includes the correct information.
- With the second Drop Ticket, your e-signature is all we need. There are no additional signatures/e-signatures required of the client.
