  • Improve participant results for your clients.1 31 percent of people who enroll through My Virtual Coach contribute 10 percent of their salary or more. That’s compared to only 7 percent of people contributing 10 percent or more using traditional enrollment methods.
  • Share outcomes with your clients. Demonstrate employees’ progress to your clients with the help of our reporting capabilities. We’re expanding our Know Your Score Report to include My Virtual Coach reporting. So, you’ll be able to tell them how many employees engaged in conversations and took action as a result.
  • Provide education-focused topics. Employees can choose different paths in My Virtual Coach, but rest assured it only delivers educational information on saving for the long-term.
